RX Coverage
With MVP Gold’s prescription drug coverage, you have low copayments. (There is a yearly $275 deductible for brand-name drugs; $0 deductible for generics.) MVP Gold’s prescription drug coverage includes three tiers of cost sharing, and you can purchase up to a 90-day supply of your medication.
Retail
- $5 copayment for each 30-day supply of generic drugs
- $45 for brand-name drugs for each 30-day supply
- 25% coinsurance for tier 3 drugs for each 30-day supply
Mail-Order Program
- $10 copayment for generic drugs for up to a 90-day supply
- $90 copayment for brand-name drugs for up to a 90-day supply
